BRUSSELS – Great empires rarely succumb to outside attacks. But they often crumble under the weight of internal dissent. This vulnerability seems to apply to the eurozone as well.

There is no excuse for the rubbish on our streets these days and you see it all the time. From mineral water plastic, black plastic bags, old newspapers, food litter, and all manner of wrappers. Whatever happened to keep our city tidy?

Sierra Leone is a perfect example of how the African politician should do away with the absurd juju-marabou spiritualism – if Africa is to progress with clear-headedness. For over ten years, a mixture of archaic one-party regimes, profound juju-marabou dabbling by political big-wigs and close thinking resulted in the self-immolation of Sierra Leone.
