Amb. Bass-Golokeh Presents Letters of Credence to President Macron of France

Liberia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary appointed to France Ambassador Geraldine Bass-Golokeh has presented her letters of Credence to France President Emmanuel Macron.

According to a dispatch from the Liberian Embassy near Paris, France, the presentation ceremony took place on Friday, April 12, 2019 at the Palais de l’Elysée, the official seat of the French Presidency near Paris, France.

Ambassador Bass-Golokeh brings a wealth of experience in the field of diplomacy and to the new post. Prior to her appointment by President George Manneh Weah as Liberia’s Ambassador to France, Ambassador Bass-Golokeh served as Minister Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary at the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia near Paris and also as Minister Counselor, Embassy of Liberia near Freetown, Sierra Leone and Minister Counselor, Liberia Embassy near Abuja, Nigeria among others.

Ambassador Bass-Golokeh extended gratitude to President Weah for the confidence reposed in her as Liberia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to France and assured the Liberian President that she will uphold the confidence reposed her.

Ambassador Bass-Golokeh was appointed and commissioned on June 1, 2018 by President Weah.-dispatch.
