Aspirant Wonders over Rep. Visit

Former Bong County Electoral District Number four Representative candidates Delino Kollie has described as unceremonious, a recent visit paid to him at his home by the District Representative Lester Paye.

Mr. Kollie said he was surprise to see Representative Paye at his home one evening since winning the district representative seat in 2011, without any invitation from him or request from the representative.

He frowned at Representative Lester Paye for not collaborating with those against whom he contested for their expertise, but chose to run the district as a one-man show.

“I was just sitting home one evening this few time, while lecturing with my guys, and saw Hon. Paye at my house; when I asked him what the honorable man was doing around here, he said he had gone to visit me,” he said.

Bong County Electoral District #4 comprises Zota and Panta Districts.

The two men were the only candidates from Panta District out of twelve candidates who contested the 2011 elections. So far, they are the only sons of the District showing interest in the 2017 representative election for the district.

Mr. Kollie has expressed the belief that Representative Lester Paye may be attempting to persuade him to step aside to widen his chances of retaining the seat in 2017, but he has vowed not to give in.

Mr. Delino- currently engaged in several development initiatives in the district, told our Bong County correspondent that there was no need to politicize his development programs in the district, especially the completion of the Shenkpuai Clinic in Panta.-Editing by George Barpeen
