Monrovia, Liberia, May 15, 2024 – Renowned Ghanaian prelate Archbishop Dr. Benny T. Danson rekindles hope in former presidential candidate Cllr. Tiawan Saye Gongloe, leader of the Liberian People’s Party (LPP), prophesizing that the respected counselor is poised to become Liberia’s next President if he exercises patience.

“I just don’t make prophecies because I’m a spiritual father to many current and past presidents, but today, I’m telling you to be patient; your time is near,” Archbishop Danson declares as he anoints Cllr. Gongloe, who campaigned during the 2023 election with a broom, symbolizing his strong commitment to sweeping corruption in government if given the opportunity by Liberians to serve as President of Liberia.

Archbishop Danson gave the prophecy at Reconciliation Temple International Freedom Cathedral Church in Caldwell, Bushrod Island outside Monrovia, when he presented decorations and souvenirs to the newly appointed Peace Ambassador, Mr. George Kaydor, at the weekend.

“When I gave former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan the prophecy that he would have been the next President, he didn’t believe back then, and I don’t expect you to believe me today, but I’m telling you that your time is near,” the Ghanaian prelate reiterates.

He further reveals that there will be no more bloodshed in Liberia, as others perceive it.

“I don’t make empty and for nothing prophecy, but the Lord has told me that Liberia will experience no more bloodshed.”

According to him, he came with a message from heaven that Liberians are about to experience a new Liberia. The message detailed that the prophecy given the LPP leader would come to fruition upon the completion of former President George M. Weah.

“I see this man coming back, and he will be the one that will set the foundation for your leadership.” He also prophesizes former President Weah returning to power after the Boakai Presidency.

The Archbishop vows to recommend Gongloe to world leaders to receive the African Noble Award for his many contributions to the country and humanity.

“I promise to recommend you for the African Noble Award for what you have shown and continue to do.”

Accordingly, he says the award is an event that recognizes prominent individuals across the globe who have demonstrated patriotism for their country.

It’s not clear whether the LPP political leader will join ranks with the Coalition for Democratic Change or CDC to fulfill said prophecy, but the prelate was clear that Cllr. Gongloe will end up becoming President of Liberia.

Dr. Danson is President of the International Council of Archbishops and Bishop for Charismatic and Pentecostal Churches based in London, the United Kingdom.

Meanwhile, in response to the prophecy, Cllr. Gongloe extols Archbishop Danson for revealing what he terms as tangible prophecy.

“If this is the Will of God, and the message being delivered by his servant, then I will wait for God’s time,” he says.

He congratulates Ambassador Kaydor on his achievement, but challenges him to serve as a shining example for other Liberians.

“Don’t be afraid to do what is right; peace is the only thing we need in the world; without peace, there won’t be any world,” Cllr. Gongloe urges. Editing by Jonathan Browne
