Classic Investment Hails Gov’t

A classic manifestation of Liberian entrepreneurship will be on display this morning at 7th Street in Sinkor when the ground breaking for the construction of a nine-storey multi purpose complex, by the Matrix Realty Management Corporation takes place this morning.

According to a release issued in Monrovia at the week end, the Building with Ninety two thousand square feet of floor space is the first of its kind to be constructed in post war Liberia.

The Matrix Realty Management Complex, which is valued at 3.4 million United States Dollars, will contain forty eight luxury bedrooms, apartments and office suites.

The release quotes officials of the company as saying they have confidence in Liberia’s post war reconstruction and economic revitalization, with Liberians assuming a critical role in the process.

The one hundred and twenty feet reinforced giant structure with a glass curtain front wall is expected to contribute to the changing skylines of Monrovia.  It will be completed by August 16, 2010.

An array of corporate players including bank executives, government officials and eminent citizens are expected to join the queue at the monumental ground breaking this morning. President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf is expected to break ground for the structure.
