Conneh Smashes Kesman in Mali
Two Liberians, playing in the Malian league, were in action Monday night for their respective clubs. Liberian striker Amadu Conneh of Bacarejan Football Club was in full speed as they dismantled Melvin Kesman side, C.O.B FC 2-1.
Conneh is experiencing his first season in the Malian premier league. The forward moved to Mali from the Gambian 1st division.
The win positions Bacarejan Football Club 3rd on the table, with 10 points from 4 matches. Melvin Kesman’s effort from the middle was unable to help C.O.B FC during their discouraging game on Monday.
Amadu Conneh and Melvin Kesman are the only Liberians playing in that county top league. Former Gedi and Sons defender Omega Roberts has meanwhile, left Mali for a 1st division side, African Star in Ghana.
