Cuttington University, AFL Clean Up

In preparation for its re-opening, Cuttington University in Suakoko, Bong County, in collaboration with the Engineering Company of the Armed Forces of Liberia, has begun a major clean-up campaign on the university’s main campus.

Mr. Prince Valentine Simpson, the Director of Public Relations at CU, said the process is meant to give the campus a facelift following months of idleness due to the deadly Ebola crisis.

According to Mr. Simpsion, the rehabilitation of main road leading to the university Suakoko Campus, reopening drainages, as well as other sanitation works are included in the ongoing campaign being undertaken by the AFL.

He lauded the AFL company led by a Mayor- also an alumnus of the university, for  its services to all sectors of the Bong County.

The AFL Engineering Company- stationed at the Camp Tubman Military Barracks near the City of Gbarnga, is currently engaged in several activities since they received a consignment of equipment from the Chinese Government sometimes last year.
