Dead Body Discovered At Diamond Creek

A 29-year-old man identified as Daniel Kolleh has been found dead at a diamond mine in Voaplay, Nimba County. Voaplay village is located between Zayglay town and Miaplay Boular town in Zoe-Geh Administrative District. According to the Liberia News Agency, the disclosure was made by Mr. Momo Adulayee in an interview recently at his Sanniquellie office.

According to Mr. Adulayee, the late Daniel Kolleh went to wash his clothes at the diamond creek when he met his death. He said the body of Kolleh was discovered lying on the ground with blood oozing from his mouth.

He further narrated that prior to the incident, friends of the late Kolleh avoided sharing food with him due to his poor health. Family members of the deceased however said Kolleh had never been sick prior to his dead.

Meanwhile, a 15-member panel set up by the Associate Magistrate of Bahn Henry Bartuah to probe the cause of death is yet to come up with findings.
