Information circulating in the Monrovia Rumor Grapevine indicates continuing, continuous innovative capability of the Liberian, official Bureaucracy.

Presently prevailing is that Presidential Gate-Keepers, the men and women who were fortunate & privileged to be appointed Executive Assistants to the President of Liberia to receive communications addressed to the President, schedule meetings/audiences with the President and manage the President’s time as instructed are being paid, handsomely, by dishonest, graft, greedy and morally-decadent officials in government. In return, the Gate-Keepers ARE NOT,DONOT DELIVER, but withhold letters, DO NOT inform and/or schedule audiences with the President of the Nation about issues critical of the said officials in government.

By so doing, the Presidential Gate-Keepershold the President of Liberia in private “Protective Custody” and, thereby, prevent and keep the nation’s Chief Executive Decision-Maker from reality – knowledge of the effective on-goings in government and evolving facts of history of the nation and people.
