Dioh Williams Fails Again

Liberians playing in Sweden will end the first phase of the national 2nd division league on Wednesday without impressive marks on the field. The club of Former Black Star’s Victor Carr, Harnosnad Football Club will finish at 8th place on the 12 team table, as they climax the league with Umedalen FC tomorrow.

The club managed to secure two wins, five draws and 3 defeats from eleven games. They  have 11 points, three behind Skelleftea FC with 14 points and a goal advantage. In the Norra Golatland Zone, Taurus Manneh’s Carlstad United BK will go against Gauthiod FC mow holding 25 points as table leaders.

Carlstad United has suffered two defeats in ten days, falling away to Gotene 2-4 on June 18, 2011, and beaten at home by Tibro FC on June 11, 2011. Meanwhile, Dioh Williams’ struggling club Hacken BK produced a surprising 4-1 thrashing of Trelleborg FC on last Saturday in their Allsvenskan league.

The victory adjusts Hacken BK to tenth  with sixteen points from 12 matches. Williams was unable to score, but picked up a yellow card in the 43rd minute of the first half. Amadaiya Rennie’s club GIAS also secured three points at home from AIK Slona on Sunday, shifting to 4th on the table with 20 points from 12 games.
