Elias Antoune Motors Executives Visit Kpatawee Fall

Elias Antoune Motors otherwise known as Renault Garage in Liberia has hosted a one-day event at the Kpatawee Water Fall in Bong County. Kpatawee Water Fall is a beautiful Eco-tourism site in central Liberia.

The event was intended to show Renault Customers that the company cares for them, and to take the opportunity to discover a beautiful and Eco-tourism place in the country. It was also intended to promote Renault Duster 4×4 and Renault KOLEOS 4×4 vehicles here.

Renault Managing Director Rudolph Antoune, said the trip was meant to show to potential customers that Renault 4×4 can go easily far inside the country side, noting the company wants all its customers to feel a part of the Renault family.

He also encouraged government officials to take courage in purchasing Renault products in the country.

For his part, the Sales and Marketing Manager of TOTAL Liberia, Betrand Hatier, described the partnership between TOTAL and Renault as a long-time friendship.

He said in Liberia, the two companies are associated as well, and the last ceremony organized by TOTAL Liberia was for the launch of a new Renault trucks fleet for the transportation of fuel, describing it as perfect an example of the extent of the relationship between both companies.

He said both companies are in dis sociable in the road transport world as Renault provides cars for Liberians, while TOTAL provides fuels and lubricants.

He said TOTAL has provided jobs for over 1,000 Liberians, adding, there are 18 service stations in operation presently for TOTAL while the number is expected to increase to 30 before the end of 2012. 

Residents of Kpatawee in Bong County during the program called on the Government of Liberia to improve the Kpatawee Water Fall to attract more investors and private individuals. They want the Water Fall to be used to generate funds for government and the people of the area.

Speaking at program marking an appreciation trip at Kpatawee by the Elisa Antoune Motors and TOTAL Liberia, one of the chiefs, James Freeman, praised the two companies for taking a long trip at the Kpatawee water fall.

The residents also want the companies to continue its visitation to Kpatawee so that more people can see the importance of the area and make the place lively.

The occasion was graced officials of government, representatives of companies and individuals, who have purchased vehicles from Renault.
