FOB elects Somalia Drive leadership

A pro-campaign group for the Presidential bid of Vice President Joseph NyemahBoakai in 2017 styled as “Friends of Boakai” or FOB has elected its steering committee leadership for Somalia Drive in Gardnerville. The committee is to establish, supervise and implement all FOB activities along the Somalia Drive and the entire Gardnersville Township.

Those elected include, Cllr. Eric Morlu, Chairman; Stephen R. Ricks, Vice Chairman for Administration; Madam Olivia Stewart, Chairperson for Mobilization; and Elijah Cephas, Secretary General, respectively.
Addressing residents of the township recently following the election, Cllr. Morlu expressed gratitude to his colleagues for reposing confidence in them to steer the affairs of the organization, and promised to work tirelessly in ensuring that all activities of FOB are executed simultaneously across Somalia Drive.

He challenged inhabitants of Gardnersville-Somalia Drive to work along with the committee in establishing chapters and branches in their various communities to support VP Boakai’s presidential bid next year.
Cllr. Morlu also expressed the committee’s commitment and dedication to ensuring Mr. Boakai becomes the next President of Liberia.
