GLS opens RIA branch

Global Logistics Services Incorporated, a logistics and supply chain company has opened its second, fully functional branch.

The office of the company at the Roberts International Airport seeks to meet up with the increasing operational flow, especially with its air freights. The MD/CEO, Peter Malcolm King, states, “As part of GLS’ Year of Transformation of business functions to our clients, stakeholders and staff, the opening of this office buttresses the notion that we mean business. The need of meeting the challenges of a growing business is ever clear and present within the confines of a logistics company but we are more than ready to face them head-on.”

Established in 2010 as a sole Liberian company with four staff, GLS has grown presently to a multi-national level with presence in Liberia and Sierra Leone. Headquartered at Broad and Johnson Street, Monrovia, the RIA is its second branch with the Buchanan office setup already underway. As an equal opportunity and local content employer, GLS current has staff strength of forty.

Its core services to individuals and entities include: clearing and forwarding, transportation, warehousing, project development and implementation, among others.
