Kplah Chiefdom Lacks Police Officers
The Paramount Chief of Kplah Chiefdom, Central “C” District in Rivercess County says the absence of law enforcement officers in the area is posing serious embarrassment for his people.
Chief Deey Zeegar said all other tribal chiefs in the district were finding it very difficult to implement government policies and mandates due to the absence of police personnel.
According to the Liberia News Agency (LINA) Chief Zeegar made the disclosure recently in an interview. He further disclosed that the entire Central District “C” in the county does not have a police officer assigned there.
Chief Zeegar appealed to central government through the offices of the County Superintendent to assign police to the district to effectively ensure law and order.
