Lawmaker supports Margibi Watch Forum

Margibi County District Number Five Representative Emmanuel Nuquay has pledged full support to the Margibi Community Watch Forum in helping to enhance its effective and smooth operations.

Speaking at a recent program organized by the District Five Branch of the Margibi Community Watch Forum at the Printer Public School in Peter Town, the lawmaker assured that he would lobby with other
lawmakers of the county to provide the watch forum the necessary needed materials for its operations.

He said while the county was still preparing to fully support the watch forum, he would personally work with the watch forum to overcome the major problems. He promised to make available a motorcycle, torch lights, as well as some cash between be the end of November 2015, adding that he would firstly engage Senators Jim W. Tornola and Oscar A. Cooper for support if necessary, expressing confidence that Senator Tornola would positively respond..

He also assured that the Community Watch Forum of Margibi will be highly considered when decisions are made by the county authorities. He, however, applauded the watch team for its hard work in the interest of national security for peace in the county, noting that in the absence of peace, no one focuses on any development, including food.

He also made available to the watch forum the amount of L$15.000 for transportation during the program.
