The few, who have decided to work and plan a system for their success, are those ones who rise to the level of greatness and are the envy of the majority of the people in the society. However, these people have prepared themselves to build and work their system with one goal in mind and that is to make the sky their limit. Examples are Henry Ford and Thomas Edison. They were both uneducated but became inventors. Ford who did not finish elementary school level invented the Ford Motor. Thomas Edison with less than three months of schooling became the world’s greatest inventor. He invented audio visual equipments and the incandescent light. If you want to give the world something that it will reward you for, begin on a quest to solve problems for others or to efficiently fill the needs of others. Remember, if you give enough people what they want, you will always get what you need.

You do not need to be born with any special gifts or talents for you to be able to step out of the box and do something worthwhile so that you can reap the benefits just like the other great personalities before you. It all starts with desire. If you desire to step out of the box you can begin right now. To step out of the box will cost you absolutely nothing but the simple decision to step out. And once you decide to do so then your quest will begin. Stepping out of the box is no more than creativity.  If you want to make a difference in life you must become creative. The world is waiting and looking for creative people because it is these people who provide the means to move us all forward.

Know for sure that it is your creativity that will take you down the road to a better next month, a better future for your life, family and business. Don’t ever say, “It can’t be done.” If you are stuck in some problems, think of new ways to free yourself. When you so readily proclaim, “impossible,” you will only block your imagination and the power of your creativity from removing the obstacle.

Creative thinking and invention has nothing to do with ones race, gender, religion, culture or country. It has nothing to do with your level of education or whether you were an A student or an F student in school. And so in your quest to become an inventor and a success consider everything that you see, feel and experience in your surrounding with a different attitude. Analyze everything for its quality, quantity, price, convenience, looks, and the needs of past, present, and future users. Invention as you have seen does not always have to start from scratch. Things sometimes just need to be improved, and people would be willing to pay a great deal of money for the improvements that give them satisfaction.

Do not get caught up in the way things have always been because that is the worst formula for failure. The fact is that for you to be able to rise above what is seen to be the norm you will have to step out of the box. By “the box” we mean the way the normal people see and analyze things. The reality is that most people in the world today look at the world from a negative point of view, or from the perspective of allowing others to make decisions for them as if they are not capable of doing it for themselves. To go along with what the world sees as being normal is to see the world in a color that is different from what it really is. Just because a majority of the people has the same opinion about the way that life is does not necessarily mean that they are right. Learn to see things different from the way others see them.

Dear reader, when you decide to step out of the box, you will be putting yourself in the position to give Liberia and the world another step forward. The world is looking for people like you and will give you great honor because you dared to be different. In essence, a person who steps out of the box steps into a world of research. Once you begin to search, your view of the world will become totally different from that of the average person. Your mind power will begin to increase dramatically. Once your mind begins to change, then and only then, will you be able to change your own life and personal situation.
