Liberia Wins Mock Nations Cup

Liberian players in Australia emerged as winner in the just ended mocked African Cup of Nations held in Australia. African players plying their trade with various Asian and Australian clubs capped for their various countries.

Each year the tournament is held under the African solidarity flag in Australia. The presence of skillful Liberian professionals battling in Australian soccer provided a solid team to symbolize Liberia.

The team through its unifying skills, strength, past, perfect control was enough to earn the Red, White and Blue boys the needed result. Although other African states had something to show up, Liberian skills were more then enough to do the damaged.

Nigeria made it into the grand final to face the Red, White and Blue boys led in attack by Alex Jackson of White City FC. Liberia with the support from her numerous citizens in Australia had the motivation to discouraged the expectation of the Nigerians.

Liberia openly destroyed Nigeria 3-0 through the 90mins of soccer action. Alex Jackson won the golden boots of the mock African Cup of Nation last month.

Jackson is experiencing his second golden boot in less than four months. The striker recently won one golden boot in the preseason national clubs tournament in Australia with White City FC. They emerged as winner during their first participating, but failed to defend their title nearly two months ago.
