Liberians in Mid-Week Actions

A few Liberian internationals are expected to be in action for their respective clubs across the world. In Russia, Sekou Jabateh Oliseh will be in action for CSKA Moscow, as they face Sparta Praha FC in the Europa Cup today. CKSA Moscow won the 1st leg 5-0 in Russia. In Egypt, three Liberians are gearing up for club games.

Former Mighty Barolle midfielder Weaka Wisseh will be in action for Al Mareekh FC against Shams FC, while another former Mighty Barrolle captain Nuzohn Kulala of Egyptian side, El Mahalla FC will be in action against Gasco FC on tomorrow, Thursday.

Another Liberian midfielder plying his trade in the United States with Virginia 2nd division side, United FC, Blidi Lunchie Doe will miss his club’s action. The Liberian is recovering from a knee injury experienced in July.

Blidi Lunchie Doe last played for Liberian side, Conqueror FC in the 3rd division league in New Kru Town.  He was also a player of Volunteer FC and Barnesville Young Controller before leaving for America.Oliver Kai is another Liberian playing with American side Debamu FC, a team owned by a Liberian based in the United States, Moses Garbla.

The 2nd division side is a home to few Liberian talents in that part of America.  The club is sponsored by top American side, DC United FC, former club of Francis Doe. Debamu FC is captained by Arron Kenneth. They finished second in the just-ended state championship.
