Lonestar Cell MTN opens a New Service Center in Grand Cape Mount County

With the cutting of the Yellow Ribbon, Lonestar Cell MTN and its key Distribution Partner, T-World, will open a brand-new customer service center in Grand Cape Mount County on Friday, 24th September 2021.

Lonestar Cell MTN Operations Manager Emery Nagbe said that the customers in the county needed a convenient place to go where they could swap sim cards, reset pins, cash in and out, as well as send and receive money nationally and internationally.

“So, we opened this new store in the county’s capital, Robertsport to provide convenience.

Imagine having to come to Monrovia to register, swap or update a sim card or to receive cash,” said Mr. Nagbe.

With a population of over 120-thousand people, Grand Cape Mount is the eighth-most populous county in Liberia. With the opening of the service center, trips to Monrovia to access Lonestar Cell MTN services are now no longer necessary.

“For us,” said T-World Representative, “This collaboration with Lonestar Cell MTN means that we deepen our partnership and expand our distribution footprint.”

In the new store, customers can register, swap, and update sim cards, buy phones and routers and take advantage of mobile money services including international remittances, cash in and out, and more.

Chief Executive Officer Rahul De said, “We’ve reached another milestone with this new store. Our customers in Robertsport and surrounding areas now have convenient access to our services and products.”

He added that the new service center’s opening coincides with its other initiative in the county. Earlier this year, Lonestar Cell MTN erected a new 4g tower in N’dablama. For the first time, the Bea Mountain and surrounding rural communities were afforded access to the Lonestar Cell MTN Network.

“As we celebrate 20 years in Liberia,” said Mr. De,  “We continue our customer-centric focus in line with our ambition to provide the benefits of modern and connected life to those on our network. We are upgrading our network so families and businesses can stay connected, expanding our mobile money services to provide financial convenience, and ensuring Liberians can access the world from wherever they may be.”https://thenewdawnliberia.com/lonestar-cell-mtn-launches-new-service-delivered-on-tricycle/
