Lonestar Cell MTN Promotes Liberian Currency

Lonestar Cell MTN has therefore announced that beginning January 23, 2012, subscribers can now recharge their SIMs using both the Liberian currency – Liberty, and the US dollars.
Making the announcement, Clement Ofori Asante, Chief Marketing Officer said that Lonestar Cell MTN was enhancing its Value Propositions as well as providing options for customers.
“From today, our customers can recharge their SIMS using both Liberian and US currencies. A US dollar SIM user can recharge using both LD and USD vouchers with the same being applicable to a Liberty SIM user” Mr. Asante said.
It must be noted that Lonestar Cell MTN is always finding creative ways to increase customers’ satisfaction. Its weekly promotion ‘Text n Win’ is providing economic empowerment for hundreds of its subscribers.
To date, Liberians and residents who are registered Lonestar Cell MTN subscribers have won over one million, one hundred Liberian dollars.
