LoneStar Cell sends 2 to Dubai, USA

LoneStar Cell MTN in conclusion of its “Da Your Time Na” promotion has again sent two subscribers to Dubai and the United States of America after their participation in the recent raffle draw by the company from February 7 through April 25, 2014.

Darlington Paye and Lansaana Konneh over the weekend won the company’s draw, giving them an opportunity to travel at the expense of the Lonestar Cell MTN. Since February the company has dished out several prices to lucky subscribers through the “Da Your Time Na” and Mobile Money promotions.

Prices won during the campaigns range from DStv sets with one month prepaid  subscription to 2.5 KVA and tiger generators, freezers, state of the art Android Samsung phones, Creamy Wheat cartoons, DVD decks, 32 inch TVs, musical stereo sets, gas coupons as well as plane tickets and traveling allowances to Dubai, UK, USA, Canada or Brazil.

According to the company, the promotions were geared towards improving the lives of its many subscribers as part of ongoing marketing strategies and as well as contributing to government’s poverty reduction strategy.

Those successful subscribers came from Lofa, Nimba, Sinoe, Montserrado and other Counties, including foreign nationals, who registered for the promotion by texting the word “WIN” to the company’s short code 3232 or through the sending and receiving of mobile monies in Liberia. Speaking at the close of the campaign, Lonestar Cell MTN Event Manager, Maima Briggs Mensah, congratulated the many winners of both  the “Da Your Time Na” and Mobile Money promotions; and encouraged those who tried but did not win, as well as others who doubted the process to participate in future campaigns introduced by the company.

She further disclosed plans by the company to shortly introduce other promotions that will further seek to better the lives of Liberians, especially LoneStar Cell MTN subscribers.

Meanwhile, one of the winners of the plane tickets, Lanssana L. Konneh, Jr, on   behalf of his colleagues, expressed exceptional gratitude to the company for the promotions as well as the opportunities afforded them to own materials and also travel to countries they had never dreamt traveling to.
