Man found dead after sexual intercourse

A 48-year-old man has been dead in a hotel room in Ganta City, Nimba County after having fine time with a commercial sex worker. The late David C. Johnson was an employee of ArcelorMittal, a mining company in Yekepa, Nimba County.


The deceased, who worked with the company as a Civil Engineer, reportedly left Yekepa for Ganta to have pleasure when he came in contact with a prostitute and decided the spend a night with her.

Pa. Johnson, as he was affectionately known, reportedly paid US$40.00 and booked Room#12 at Jackie’s Guest House, an entertainment center in Ganta to spend a night.

He entered the premises in his private jeep with license plate number LB-A 56065. Darius Williams, Manager for Jackie’s Guest House narrates that at 2:00 AM on Sunday, 13 May the girl, who was in the room with the late David C. Johnson, rushed to the management of the Guest House, alarming that the man in the room was behaving abnormally so they all went to find out what was happening in the room.

Darius continues that subsequently, they rushed the customer to the Esther and Jeremiahline [E and J] Hospital, a private health center in Ganta. When contacted, Doctor Peter George at the Esther and Jeremiahline Hospital, , explains that the late Johnson died on the way while he was being taken at the hospital.

Family members of the late Pa Johnson live in Gbarnga, Bong County, while he worked in Yekepa, Nimba County up to his demise in Ganta.
