Man kills for girlfriend
A 28-year-old man has reportedly stabbed his friend to death in Yourla town,Lower Nimba County for allegedly loving to his girlfriend.
Eyewitnesses told The NewDawnNimba correspondent suspect Emmanuel Ben allegedly stabbed 25-year-old Stander Serweah to death after he (Emmanuel) suspected him of loving to his girlfriend. Prior to the incident, suspect Ben had accused Stander of having affairs with his girlfriend.
The deceased, who was a local trader, had gone to buy cane juice, a locally produced beverage and while waiting in a nearby house to get served, suspect Emmanuel went into the house and allegedly stabbed him to death.
It is not known whether the victim was caught in the act or his suspected murderer acted based on suspicion.
