ND Sports Reporter Off to Dakar For Training

Heston Jackson of The New Dawn Sports desk Saturday left the country for week-long Sports reporting training in the West African nation of Senegal.

Fumbah Kanneh of Truth FM and Roland Mulbah of Champion Sports Newspaper also left for Senegal for said training.

The three Liberian Sports Writers are to undergo a seven- day intensive training organized and sponsored by FIFA and AFP.

The training, which is part of the FIFA WIN-WIN Project for Africa, is expected to feature topics such as: Pre-match Reporting, Team Reporting and Post-Match Reporting.

Liberia’s three representatives are among several Sports Writers from across West Africa.
