Nigerian Church donates to Liberian orphanages

The Foundation of Truth Assembly in Abuja, Nigeria has donated several relief items to the Union of Liberian Orphanages in Liberia.

Delivering the items last Thursday at the head office of Liberian orphanag in 72nd community, MrsDekonteeDoboyou Howard, said it is their own way of identifying with Ebola orphans during the Christmas season.

She said it was the second donation to Ebola orphans, disclosing the first donation was right after the Ebola outbreak in Liberia. Among items donated include rice,oil,clothes,and slippers.

Receiving the donation, the executive director of Orphan Concerns Liberia, Amos Sawboh,expressed delight for the gesture and thankedPastor Sharon AdefankeKasali, for thinking about the orphanages here during the Christmas season.

Mr. Sawboh said the items donated would put smile on the faces of children made orphans by health and other circumstances. The Foundation of Truth Assembly is a church based in Abuja, Federal Republic Nigeria headed by Pastor Sharon AdefankeKasali.
