Nimba County district#5 Representative Samuel G. Kogar has embarked on series of developmental projects in his district, including construction of a five-bedroom nurses’ quarter in Buutuo, guesthouse in NyorButuo Town and a peace hall in Yao Mahnplay Town, respectively.
Representative Kogar told the New Dawn that when completed, the facilities would bring relief to the people of Yao Mahnplay Town in lower Nimba County.He says the town hall would help the citizens to promote peace in the county, promising to bring light to the people of district#5 and Nimba at large.
The Nimba lawmaker is being referred to by his constituents as champion of development because of his many self-help initiatives.Some citizens, who spoke to this paper, note that since his election as lawmaker, Representative Kogar has regularly visited them, including 58 towns in Buu Yao, undertaking self-help projects.
They made the observation over the weekend when the lawmaker toured the district to inspect several ongoing projects.The Buu-Yoa citizens in a jubilant mood disclosed that Rep. Kogar has developmental projects in all 58 towns of the district, which is impacting their lives positively.
