Pratt Foundation donates to Orphan Concerns Liberia

A local group, Pratt Lewis Foundation, has donated several stationary materials to Orphan Concern Liberia to help with their work. Country Director Miss Love P. Necollin says the gesture is a way of helping in molding the minds of young people in the society.

She says the effort will impact lives of young people who don’t have support, to have a better life in the future. Pratt Lewis Foundation is a non-governmental organization based in Liberia, sponsored by its CEO Mr. Darlton Pratt-Lewis currently in the United States of America.

Miss Necollin stresses that the goals of the Foundation are to transform lives and minds through sustainable advocacies, including sensitization initiatives, massive reduction or eradication of homeless kids, among others.

She says the organization is involved in providing basics needs, reassuring better life for orphans and street children. The PFL Inc is also committed and determined to transforming our society to a more sustainable one by educating, inspiring and sensitizing our people to increase their hope for a better future so that they become agents of real change.

Receiving the items, the Founder and Executive Director of Orphan Concerns Liberia, Amos Sawboh says he was very thankful to the organization for the donation.
Mr. Sawboh notes that Pratt Foundation has been making intervention to the orphanage, recalling that they did some donation during the Christmas season last year, which helped them to celebrate the season. He promises that materials donated will be used to help with a wash project at the orphanage.
