Presi. Sirleaf Congratulates India On 67th Republic Day

President. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has sent a congratulatory message to the Government and People of the Republic of India, on the occasion commemorating the 67th Republic Day Anniversary of that country, on today January 26, 2016.

In her message to His Excellency Pranab Mukherjee, President of the Republic of India, President Johnson Sirleaf conveyed warmest congratulations and best wishes to the Government and People of India on behalf of the Government and People of Liberia, and in her own name.

President Johnson Sirleaf asserted that as the People of India celebrate this milestone, her government recalls the longstanding cordial ties and cooperation the two countries continued to enjoy. She further indicated that Liberia looks forward to expanding this excellent partnership to improve the prosperity of the peoples of the two countries which she said will lead them to a brighter future.
