Rep. Seboe gives to flood victims

Montserrado County district # 16 Representative Dixon Seboe identifies with several flood victims in his district donating rice and putting smile on their faces ahead of the July 26 Independence Day celebration here.


Rep. Seboe notes that people cannot suffer natural disaster and they don’t receive help.He says it is time Liberians take the lead to address the continuous flooding the country if faced with.

He says while he’s looking for solution, he will still do everything in his power to give back to his people, particularly those affected by the flood.The Montserrado County lawmaker says he could not personally solve the problem, but it is important that he shares with victims.

Presenting over 75,000 Liberian dollars and several bags of rice to five communities within district#16, Rep. Seboe urges the community leaders to ensure the actual victims receive the donation.

In response, the chairperson for Porpor Beach community thanks Rep. Seboe for coming to the aid of residents of the community and calls on them to work together because the lawmaker could not do it along.

The chairlady for Crab Hole community in St. Paul Bridge, Susie Saytue thanks Rep. Seboe and his family for caring for the poor, invoking God’s blessings on him.
