School Principal donates to schools

The Principal of John Wesley Pearson High School in Nimba County Nya Taylor Guanu, has donated several school materials to schools in Ganta and surrounding towns and villages.
Speaking to reporters, Principal Guanu said the donations are intended to help school authorities in Ganta that are suffering from lack of instructional materials, including sitting capacity for students.
He named items donated to the George A. Dunbar Public School as 10,000 Liberian Dollars and 30 calculators for nine graders preparing to write exams administer by the West African Examination Council or WAEC, while Wlenlah Public School received Fifty United States Dollars and teaching materials, among others.
In response, the Principal of the George A. Dunbar Public School Anthony Fargbain thanked Principal Guanu for the intervention.
