The Joseph Assignment donates to Jackson Doe Hospital

The Joseph Assignment, a US-based non-profitable organization headed by Dr. Alexis L. Felder, has donated 22 cartons of medical materials to the Jackson F. Doe Referral Hospital in Tappita, Nimba County.

The In-country Program Director for the organization, Mrs. Margaretta C. Bracewell, said the medical materials are intended to help fight the Ebola virus and other sicknesses in Liberia.

She said The Joseph Assignment deems it wise to help hospitals in Liberia, especially when the country is battling the Ebola crisis. Madam Bracewell said the group is willing to assist Liberia at any time.

Receiving the donation, the Chief Medical Officer for the Jackson F. Doe Hospital thanked the organization for the gesture, saying, especially when Liberia is facing a serious health crisis.

He also said that the 22cartoons of medical supplies will be used to help Liberians in fighting the Ebola Virus Disease and other diseases that equally threaten the health of the people.

The Chief Medical Officer expressed gratitude that the organization thought of the hospital and brought the supplies, assuring that the drugs will be used for the intended purpose.
