Pure Heart

This is the day that the lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.

In last week’s edition, we discussed HOW TO FALL IN LOVE, in which I talked about the two types of communication in LOVE – VERBAL AND NON-VERBAL. Also I discussed the STAGES OF LOVE: EYE TO BODY CONTACT; EYE TO EYE CONTAC; AND VOICE TO VOICE CONTACT

Today’s discussion shall focus on, THE COMMANDMENT S OF LOVE.

2 JOHN 1:6 And this is love, that we walk after his commandment, this is the commandment, that as ye have heard from the beginning, ye should walk in it.

LOVE is a good thing; GOD ALMIGHT is not against love but how we carry on our love for others. To become a successful person, you have to go through ups and downs. Success does not come easy. It has its rules and regulations that one should abide by in order to become successful.

The TEN COMMANDMENTS in the Bible are the rules and regulations that we should obey in order to be in the kingdom of GOD.

Of the Ten Commandments, the Bible says the greatest is love.

Let us look at two major commandments of LOVE: SACRIFICE- giving away something valuable that you desire most for the benefits of others.

JOHN 3: 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life.

God sacrificed his only begotten son for our sake so that our sins might be for given FORGIVE- Is to let go and waive every hurt and pain within you for another person.

MARK 11: 26 But if ye do not forgive, neither will your heavenly father who is in heaven forgives your trespasses. Love requires sacrifices and forgivingness. There are things you might desire so much, which your partner does not like or maybe is against, all you have to do is to sacrifice and let go of it so as to please your partner and keep up the relationship.

Most people find it difficult to forgive- that is why we experience devoice in marriages, breakup of good relationships, children against parents, nations against nations and so on.  To forgive is more peaceful than not to forgive. The more you forgive your partner, the better you will get to understand your relationship and keep it going on.
