VP Boakai Donates to Gboveh High School

Vice President Joseph Nyumah Boikai has presented fifteen brand new desktop computers to the Dolokelen Gboveh High School in Gbarnga.

Making the presentation on behalf of the Vice President on Monday, Unity Party Bong County Youth Wing Chairman Curtis Dorley said the donation was the Vice President’s contribution to the biggest government high school in the county.

Mr. Dorley added that VP Boikai wanted to see improvement in schools across the country, disclosing that he made similar donations to major institutions across the country.

The Unity Party Bong County Youth Chairman admonished School administrator to properly use the computers to benefit students without computer knowledge.

“It is often said that the people you rule do not care about how many education you have achieved, but the positive impact you make on their lives” Mr. Dorley added.

Receiving the computers, Bong County Development Superintendent Anthony Sheriff and the Principal of Gboveh High school commended the Vice President for identifying with the institution, recalling the huge donations made by the Vice President during the heat of the Ebola crisis.

He noted that VP Boakai continues to prove his love for the people of Bong County.
