President George Manneh Weah has made additional appointments in government affecting Grand Gedeh County Community College, National Housing Authority and the Liberia Airport Authority.
According to an Executive Mansion release issued Thursday, 7 March, those appointed at the Grand Gedeh County Community College Board include Mr. Philip Dwuyee, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, representing Konobo District; Mr. Allen Lincoln, Vice Chairman, representing Gbarzon District and Mr. E. Gandy Dweh, Member, representing Tchien District.
Others appointed at the Grand Gedeh County Community College Board of Trustees are Dr. Solomon X. Y. Jallayu, Secretary, Board of Trustees; Madam Felicia Duncan, Member, representing Civil Society Organizations; Sen. G. Alphonso Gaye, Member, Senator of Grand Gedeh County; and Mr. Alex Chersia Grant, Member, Chairman, Grand Gedeh Legislative Caucus.
Further, the National Commission on Higher Education is named as Ex- Officio; Ministry of Education, Ex-Officio; Mr. Youbothy Tarley, Member, President, Alumni, Grand Gedeh County Community College.
On the National Housing Authority Statutory Board, President Weah has appointed the Minister of Public Works as a member; the Minister of Finance as member; Minister of Mines and Energy as member; Civil Service Agency Director General as member; and the Managing Director of the National Housing Authority as Executive Secretary.
At the Liberia Airport Authority, President Weah has further appointed Bishop J. Allan Klayee as Acting Managing Director.
