90-year-oldman goes missing

A 90-year-oldman, who went missing in February in Ganta, Nimba County is yet to be found. Mr. John Gaye, a resident of Monrovia, was invited by his son to Ganta in order to get some money, but since he reportedly arrived in the commercial city, his whereabouts is unknown.

The NewDawnNimba correspondent said, the disappearance of Mr. Gaye has created fear among Ganta residents. “My brother this thing always happen and there is no action to really fine out what happened to these people”, one resident lamented.

They said this is not the first disappearance of a person in Nimba, recalling that a radio repairer or technician, who went missing in Bahn City six months ago, has not been found. Moore Kwanwon was in bed with his family when unknown men reportedly entered his room and asked him out and has not been found since.

There has been no arrest by the police in connection with the missing individuals.
