Lonestarcell Gives Away Vehicles in Style
Liberia premier and most recommended GSM service provider Lonestar Communication Corporation (LCC or Lonestarcell) on Sunday, February 13, 2011 presented another fully loaded Aveo Chevrolet saloon car to a petty trader, Elizabeth Kennedy-Karnean, as a winner of its ongoing “WinACar” raffles.
The ceremony coincided with a Grand Pre valentine day special media appreciation festival at Barnes Beach off the Roberts International Airport (RIA), highway.
Presenting the keys of the vehicle to Madam Karnean, Lonestarcell’s Administrative Manager Lame Philips urged the winner to use her prize wisely, noting that the competition in which she won is one of several means the company is contributing towards the government’s Poverty Reduction Strategy or PRS.
In remarks, Madam Karnean who appeared speechless described the vehicle as a clear manifestation that God Almighty has silence enemies of her family.
Madam Karnean is the second of two cars winners, including Gasimu Kamara who was among hundreds of winners in the just ended LCC special year end raffle draw. The draw was held simultaneously from 18th December 2010 to January 29, 2011.
