UL Prexy Wins Lonestar MTN BlackBerry

The President of the University of Liberia Dr. Emmette Dennis has won a Lonestar Cell MTN BlackBerry phone, valued US$ 700 in the corporation’s recharge and win raffle draw. Dr. Dennis is among four other lucky subscribers that won the same BlackBerry phone after they recharged their mobile phones US$5 or above, during the week.

The draw required subscribers to recharge their phones with US$5 or above weekly in order to qualify for the draw. Dr. Dennis is the first public official to win a BlackBerry phone in a raffle since  Lonestar Cell MTN introduced the new service in Liberia.

Due to busy schedules, the Liberian Academician could not be present on the day of the draw to officially receive the prize from the Lonestar Cell MTN Marketing Department.

Stephen Kilby of Duport Road; Gozie Onyeaghana of SKD Boulevard; Mohammed Barry of Broad Street, and Thierno Diallo of Benson Street were also lucky winners of a BlackBerry phone each.

There were other subscribers, who won US$500 cash prizes, including  Alice Bearlar of Chicken Soup Factory; Comfort Kpan of Gardnersville; Emaka  Ekwunife of Congo Town; Comfort Jackson of West Point; James Sangbe of New Georgia Estate and Emmanuel Adams of the RIA highway .

Subscriber Alice Bearlar of Chicken Soup Factory described the cash prize as timely especially during the festive celebrations. She encouraged the Lonestar Cell MTN to continue its good services to the public in order to maintain its number one status in the society. Alice encouraged fellow subscribers to recharge more to qualify for the next draw.

A data and financial analyst of Lonestar Cell MTN, Paul Montgomery, said the corporation is always willing to bring proud to Liberia and put smiles on the faces of its many subscribers. Paul said the draw is a Christmas and New Year gift for all Lonestar Cell MTN subscribers.
