Ellen demands honesty

President Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf is demanding “very honest” presentations from her cabinet officials at the 2016 Cabinet Retreat ongoing in Julijuah, Bomi County, stressing that the purpose of the retreat is to look carefully at what government will accomplish in the next 20 months.

“The purpose is to look carefully at what we attempt to accomplish in the next 20 months or so. We like for the meeting to be very focused to be able to identify results in the time frame,” she said in a remark on her farm at Julijuah on Thursday, 25 February.

“We like for people to be very honest in their presentations so we know where the obstacles are,” President Sirleaf added, as she informed officials that government aims to find the means to overcome whatever the challenges are.
