Fallah Upbeat in Nepal

Liberian international, Alex Fallah who played half season for Swoyambhu Football Club in the Far East nation of Nepal netted twice against that Country Police Football Club last weekend.

The Nepal Police FC is on top of the league with 41 points and is expected to be crown champion if they beat their next game against Mega Three Star Club. Fallah moved to Nepal having played last season in the Philippines with Kaya United Football Club.

In the Philippines, Fallah battle with fellow countryman Shapya Johnson who was employed with Green Archie United Football club but failed to make the mark when the team needed goals. Fallah has described the  Nepalese league as challenging with the presence of several oversea players.

Liberians in Swedish Mid-Season

Several Liberian internationals are said to be featuring in the Swedish mid-season league with their various employers. Those involved are Taurus Manneh of Carlstad United BK, Wilfred Greenfield, Arnold Kennedy and Anthony Allison all of Sundsvall IFK.

The mid-season is intended to prepare or keep the players in shape for up-coming full season. Manneh who ply his trade for the Swedish division two side, Carlstad United BK was unable to score a single goal during the first segment of the lower rank.

However, Wilfred Greenfield is expected to feature for the coming season for Sundsvall IFK. He will be in partnership with Arnold Kennedy and Anthony Allison. This will see Sundsvall IFK lining-up Liberian trios during the second phase of the qualification of the season.
