Guinean President arrives today

Guinean President and Chairman of the Mano River Union (MRU),  Alpha Conde is expected to arrive here today (Tuesday, February 10, 2015) for a one-day Solidarity Visit.

President CONDE  heads  a 13-member delegation that includes the  Ministers of Foreign Affairs, Health and Deputy Minister for Budget.
 
A Foreign Ministry release says that the Guinean President and Chairman of the MRU will hold discussions with President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, and other Senior Government officials on the progress made in the fight against  the deadly Ebola Virus Disease (EVD).

The two leaders’ discussions will be followed by a brief press stake-out in the Foyer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
