President’s Young Professionals on recruitment spree

The President’s Young Professionals Program or PYPP, in collaborationwith the Civil ServiceAgency or CSA is currently conducting its 7th regular recruitmentexercise for 20 exceptionally talented recent university graduates in any discipline to form part of class seven or VII of the President’sYoung Professionals.

A statement from the organization issued in Monrovia indicated thatthe requirements for the exercise included a reasonable mix ofcriteria as history of service to community or school throughinvolvement in extra-curricular activities, law-abiding LiberianNationals determined by a clean criminal background check with an agerange of not more than 35 years and a university degree in anydiscipline for the last five years, as well as a cumulative grade point average of 3.25, among others.

The statement quoted the President’s Young Professionals asadmonishing qualified and interested candidates to submit currentCV/Resume with two recent passport-size photos attached, recent Policeclearance (not older than 6 months), most recent college/universitytranscript or letter of attestation, indicating the grade pointaverage or GPA, as well as three letters of recommendation from oneProfessional, one Academic and one Personal and a letter of motivation answering the question in 500 words minimum: “Why do I feelbest suited for the program and what qualities I bring.”

According to the organization, the Civil Service Agency willadminister to shortlisted candidates an aptitude test, alongside thePYPP writing and computer aptitude tests, while those shortlisted fromthe tests will be invited to sit a group and individual interviews.The organization encourages females to apply.
