Presidential aspirant seeks to return Liberia to God

By Emmanuel wise Jipoh

Presidential aspirant Rev. Allen Roosevelt Brown says the top of his priorities is to return Liberia to God if he is elected president this October.

The Liberia Restoration Party (LRP) standard bearer is among 19 presidential aspirants who have completed their candidate nomination process required by the National Elections Commission (NEC).

He also promised a productive life for Liberians, especially the youth of the country.

He told reporters in Paynesville over the weekend that his party’s visions are to restore the nation to God and to make Liberia a productive country.

He said his government will make Liberia productive through youth empowerment, economic improvement, educational opportunities, agriculture, infrastructure, and sports, among others.

He considered them as key in addressing the numerous challenges confronting the nation.

Rev. Brown also seeks to unify the people, adding that it is a key objective contained in his agenda for Liberia.

According to Rev. Brown, the LRP has offered an option to Liberians who have long been hoping for a God-fearing President who will change the dimensions of the nation.

The prelate stressed that the LRP presents the best choice for the Liberian people as the country has been drowning.

“The redemption of Liberia is upon us,” he said, adding: “And the choice is clear, inclusion and coexistence or exclusion and nonexistence, that is the choice before us today if we want to build a nation.”

According to Rev. Brown, he will address pertinent issues to improve the livelihoods of Liberians rather than denigrating others for the presidency.
