Prostitute Dupes Policeman

The Vamoma House Junction in Sinkor, Monrovia was a serious dramatic scene Tuesday night when a police officer arrested a girl for allegedly duping him of sex. Patrolman Simeon, of the police Zone 5 depot in Paynesville and one of his colleagues, a taxi driver took the three girls from a local entertainment center Delta Booz, at the GSA Road Junction in Paynesville.

The officer allegedly arrested the girls under the guise of getting them off the streets to the YWCA building in Congo Town for skill training program organized by President Ellen Johnson for prostitutes.

Simeon insistent that one of the girls had earlier robbed him of commercial sex at Anthony Shop in the Lakpazee Community after two of them reached an agreement to have short time sex for US$10, but she escaped with his money without providing the service.

“I am going to jail her because of the criminal act she exhibited by running away with my money; that is a crime; a complete 419 scam and I will charge her for that,” said Officer Simeon.

However, the girl argued that Simeon was not uniformed on the night of the interaction, but he was only trying to frighten her into submission sexually. But Simeon immediately identified himself by displaying his police ID card. He wore a blue militant trousers, a green police class T-shirt with a jacket and black boot on his feet.

The girl narrated to the New Dawn that she and her three friends were arrested from the GSA Road in Paynesville by a uniformed police officer, who later turned them over to Simeon to take them to the YWCA.

She said while they were on their way, Simeon reached an agreement  with her to have sex for US$10, and the driver of the taxicab in which they were riding, struck similar deal with her other friend.

According to her, they all agreed to not go to the YWCA again but rather find a motel in the Sinkor belt and they unanimously concluded on Anthony Shop.
Continuing she added that a third friend, who did not have a partner was dropped out of the car at Samoa Bar Entertainment center on the Airfield.

The girl said she suspected Simeon was up for trick, in luring her into having an affair with him without payment so she escaped with the US$10.

She added that as soon as she received the money from Simeon, she pretended to use the toilet and got outside, stopped  a commercial bike and left the scene, but Simeon noticed the action and ran after her with  his friend’s car thus, booking her  at the Vamoma Junction.
