10-year-old Girl Kidnapped in West Point

A 10-year-old girl reportedly kidnapped by her uncle in West Point Township, has been found in Brewerville city, outside Monrovia. According to the Chairman of Jah Tondo Town in Brewerville, James Kollie, little Mama Konda was found alive around the Jah Tondo Town cemetery at 10:00 PM.

The minor herself narrated that her uncle forcibly took her away from her mother’s house in West Point to Brewerville without any reason. She detailed that her uncle (name unidentified) had gone to the house in West Point and asked for her mom and dad, but   upon knowing that they weren’t around, he allegedly manhandled her before leaving the house on Wednesday, November 4, 2013 and told her to keep quiet.

Mama told our reporter that after going several hours without eating, she was given some food by those who found her. She described the alleged act of her uncle as wicked and humiliating. The minor is presently in police custody at the Brewerville Zone Six Police Station.

Meanwhile, the community chairman for the Jah Tondo town has warned parents against leaving their children carelessly on the streets and even at home. He also cautioned parents not to trust their children in the care of just anyone but to give them attention to avoid them coming in contact with evil-minded individuals.
