FC Fassell , BYC Meet Today

Premiership Runners-up Barrack Young Controller and 2nd Division runners-up FC Fassell are expected to meet this morning in a rough pre-season friendly at the Baptist Seminary Pitch on the Monrovia-Robertsfield Highway. The match is aimed at testing the new signings ahead of the new season.

Both clubs infused huge cash into the local football transfer market, and were seeking all means to test their new players in building collaboration with the old players.

Former LPRC Oilers defender Teah Dennis, LISCR forward Ghenafo Kromah, Teku Nah of related Gedi & Sons, Mighty Barrolle’s last season goalkeeper Sam Cooper and others are expected to line-up for BYC against FC Fassell’s new signings comprising former Mighty Barrolle’s  skipper Nuzohn Kulala, LFA Best Young Player of last Season Isaac Nana Gibson formerly of IE, defensive midfielder Eddie Wulu of LISCR FC, as well as relegated premiership outfit Tony FC’s center-marker Bill Graford, among others.

The test match is the second for FC Fassell this week after settling to a goalless 90 minute play with Nimba United at the Baptist Seminary pitch on Wednesday, while Barrack Young Controllers whipped Jubilee FC 4-0 last Tuesday morning at their mini stadium near the BTC barrack.
