Give Weah a red card

-Cummings tells voters

By: Ramsey N. Singbeh, Jr.

The political leader of the Collaborating Political Parties or CPP, Mr. Alexander Benedict Cummings says Liberian Voters should give President Weah a red card for playing intentional foul on the political field of play. He said this should be done during the 2023 elections.

Cummings made the call while speaking at a locked-down Nancy B. Doe Sports Pitch in Kakata, Margibi County during the official launch of the CPP Campaign on Thursday, September 14.

He indicated that George Weah is a footballer who knows that if a player intentionally plays a foul and causes serious injury, the person will get a red card.

He cautioned supporters and sympathizers that for a better Liberia, they should vote him for the presidency and vote candidates that are contesting on his party’s ticket.

The CPP supporters locked down Kakata as they marched to the stadium in a very huge crowd. They paraded from the Bookers Washington Institute or BWI to the Barcolleh Health Center Junction in Kakata as they proceeded to the Nancy B. Doe Sports Pitch.

Our reporter said the turn-up for Cummings in Margibi is far larger than any recent rally hosted in the county.

During the program, Mr. Cummings was endorsed by the folks from the People’s Liberation Party or PLP claiming to be the majority block of the party in Margibi.
