The late Jaynes died early Friday, November 14, 2014 at a local clinic in Paynesville City outside Monrovia. He was also coach for Flames Basketball team in the Liberia basketball league.
The Sports Writers Association of Liberia will join the family of Mr. Jaynes and the Flames Basketball teams, which he helped to establish and coached along with the Press Union of Liberia to take his remains from the St. Moses Funeral Home in Gardnerville to Providence Baptist Church in central Monrovia.
