Man rapes 10-Months-old baby

Police in Karnplay, Nimba County have arrested and charged 19-year-old Aaron Lamah for allegedly raping a 10-month-old baby. The suspect has been transferred to Sanniquellie, awaiting court trial. The incident transpired over the weekend.

Family sources told our Nimba County correspondent the baby was left along in the room when suspect Aaron Lamah allegedly entered the room and took the infant from Karnplay city to a nearby bush were he allegedly committed the act.

The victim, said to be in critical condition, has been admitted at the G.W. Harley Hospital in Sanniquellie, receiving medication. Meanwhile, a 16-year-old boy has been arrested and charged with Juvenile Delinquency.

Suspect Wallace Duo was arrested by police in Ganta for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old girl in her anus. The victim is undergoing medical treatment at the G.W. Harley Hospital in Sanniquellie, while suspect Wallace Duo has been transferred to Sanniquellie.
