The NEC hired the services of the Guaranty Trust (GT) Bank to transact the Mobile Money
payment to each of the Temporary Workers. Payment is expected to be concluded
later this week according to the Bank.
The Commission informs the Temporary Elections Workers that payment has been
made to staff in most of Lower Montserrado, Margibi, Upper Nimba, Lofa, River

NEC made a wise decision to pay temp.., if not by proxy.
With executive connection to the Jamaican dollar, it would be reasonable to bring JD in exchange for my LRD. Even if paid in USD or Liberian dollars, before this Jamaican gets my LRD currency we should at least see JD in the Liberian market to get some value in the absence of USD. Liberian currency should worth its spendy power in Liberia.
