CPP opens Book of Condolence for fallen ANC Chairman Sen. Naatehn 

The Collaborating Political Parties (CPP), on Monday, August 28, opened the book of condolence for the late Chairman of the Alternative National Congress (ANC), Senator Daniel Naatehn of Gbarpolu County.

Senator Naatehn died August 8, in India, where he had gone for medical treatment, following a brief illness in Monrovia.

The book of condolences was opened at the ANC headquarters, Oldroad, and signed by hundreds of Partisans, with the CPP Standard Bearer, Mr. Alexander Cummings and CPP National Chairman, Mr. Musa Bility taking the lead.

Singing the book of condolence, Cummings expressed sympathy and grief over the sudden death of Chairman Naatehn and said his death is a great loss, not only to the ANC/CPP, the bereaved families, and people of Gbarpolu County but to the government and people of Liberia.

Cummings said the fallen Chairman will long be remembered for his great work and sacrificial services rendered to the ANC as Chairman and the CPP as its Vice National Chairman.

Several other CPP stalwarts signed the book of condolence amidst great grief and sorrow expressed by hundreds of Partisans, supporters and sympathizers who attended the solemn occasion at the ANC headquarters, Oldroad.

Meanwhile, funeral arrangements for the late Senator Naatehn are expected to be released shortly by Liberian Government authorities. -Press release
